COFFEE EXPERIENCE A VINITALY.
Dal prossimo 7 e sino al 10 aprile prossimo, si svolgerà a Verona la 47esima edizione di Vinitaly. Si tratta di una delle maggiori e più importanti manifestazioni riguardanti il vino e i distillati in genere e non solo. Particolarmente importante appare la finestra che è stata dedicata al caffè, con il “Coffee Experience 2013”, il più importante e rilevante posto dove potere assaggiare tutti i caffè del mondo e poterne condividere caratteristiche, qualità ed esperienze.
Quattro giornate di rassegne, eventi, degustazioni e workshop che hanno come obiettivo l’incontro delle cantine espositrici con gli operatori del comparto di riferimento. In tutto questo, bisogna aggiungere un particolare programma che ha pianificato una serie di convegni con tematiche principali le domande e le offerte in Italia, Europa e nel resto del mondo dei prodotti trattati da Vinitaly, quindi anche il caffè.
Si tratta di una vetrina di prestigio che ha visto nelle scorse edizioni anche la partecipazione di oltre 140 mila visitatori, di cui oltre 40 mila stranieri, in un’area di 95 mila metri quadrati.
Oltre ad assaggiare le diverse tipologie di caffè presenti ed offerte al pubblico, Vinitaly, e Coffee Experience in particolare, si presentano come un’importante esperienza per gli addetti ai lavori che vogliono migliorare la propria preparazione professionale e conoscenza nell’ambito del caffè e della sua preparazione. Questo perché non è certamente consuetudine e ordinarietà avere la possibilità di potere lavorare con una tipologia vasta e diversificata di caffè, al Coffee Experience questo è assolutamente possibile.
Il Coffee Experience è giunto alla sua quarta edizione e vanta un aumento considerevole di pubblico di anno in anno. Questi risultati di crescita sono dovuti anche alla presentazione di oltre trenta qualità di caffè differenti e provenienti da tutto il mondo.

COFFEE EXPERIENCE VINITALY.
