Indeed, on September 15 and 16, the second session of the International Coffee Tasting 2022 , the most prestigious international competition that awards the world’s best coffees. More than 12 thousand professionals in over 40 countries form the IIAC (International Institute of Coffee Tasters) network of coffee experts, who judge the value of competing espressos, awarding gold medals to the most deserving. This year the Orobar blend achieved an excellent score of 86 out of 100.
The International Coffee Tasting this year introduced the new formula for scoring evaluated coffees, a method now fully public and also available on the competition website. A score calculated only on measurable and controllable characteristics of the product, for a completely objective view, according to the most stringent precepts of sensory analysis.

The Orobar blend is a blend of Arabica and Robusta selected from the best origins, with a refined aroma and distinct characteristics that bring back chocolate, hazelnut, and licorice; it has a balanced, velvety body and is sweet and full on the palate.
