Orobar Blend

Orobar’s composition is 80% Arabica coffees from Central America including Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil, and selected Robusta coffees from Africa and Asia. This special blend was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal by theInternational Institute of Coffee Tasters at the 2014 International Coffee Tasting.

Taste:
The crema covering the Orobar-prepared espresso is thick and deep in color, and in the cup likes the hints of tobacco, licorice and hazelnut that accompany the good body, liquorice and velvety.

Pairings:
Blend with a fairly lingering dark chocolate aftertaste that invites you to pair with Amaretti di Guarcino or almond puddings with dark sauce. In the evening, in winter, we prepare a hot digestive with espresso, Cuban rum and cinnamon.

Bar Blend

Composed of Central American Arabicas and African and Indian Robusta with a strong flavor, the Bar Blend is for strong palates. Italian-style espresso without ifs and buts.

Taste:
Fine and compact cream, an espresso with vigorous tempering decorated by subtle acidity. Reminiscences of dried apricot blend with the taste of malt and cocoa cookie.

Pairings:
We accompany this espresso with mini portions of Mont Blanc cake prepared with chestnuts, dark chocolate and fresh cream or with small buttery madeleines or shortbread tarts with sour cherries.

Red Blend

All the Italian tradition is contained in the Miscela Rossa, composed of fine Central American Arabicas accompanied by a large percentage of selected washed Robusta, including Indian Kaapi Royale, well endowed with caffeine and body.

Taste:
The espresso is rich with lingering hazelnut-colored crema, full-bodied, velvety and sweet.
The succulent roundness highlights flavors of toast and jam, with a gently spicy aftertaste.

Pairings:
It marries well exuberant and rich desserts such as tartlets with chocolate mousse or aniseed pancakes with cocoa sauce, ricotta tart and sour cherry jam.

Top Quality Blend

The Top Quality Blend gives rise to a balance of sour and bitter notes, which enhance the sweet and fruity taste. Perfection in a blend, for true enthusiasts.

Taste:
The espresso presents a velvety, dark hazelnut-colored crema. Aromatic and intense, it leaves a pleasant aftertaste , complex and persistent.

Pairings:
We combine coffee with soft pastry cake with gianduja and walnuts, pistachio brick, chocolate cannoli with cream and hazelnuts.

Gold Blend

The composition of the Orobar blend is 80% Arabica coffees from Central America including Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil, and selected Robusta coffees from Africa and Asia. This special quality blend was awarded in 2014 by the International Institute of Coffee Tasters, at the International Coffee Tasting with the prestigious Gold Medal, won again this year in the second session on September 15 and 16, 2022.

Taste:
The crema covering the Orobar-prepared espresso is thick and deep in color; in the cup, one likes the hints of chocolate, licorice, and hazelnut that accompany the good body, liquorice and velvety, sweet and full on the palate.
