Orobar’s composition is 80% Arabica coffees from Central America including Colombia, Guatemala and Brazil, and selected Robusta coffees from Africa and Asia. This special blend was awarded the prestigious Gold Medal by theInternational Institute of Coffee Tasters at the 2014 International Coffee Tasting.
The crema covering the Orobar-prepared espresso is thick and deep in color, and in the cup likes the hints of tobacco, licorice and hazelnut that accompany the good body, liquorice and velvety.
Blend with a fairly lingering dark chocolate aftertaste that invites you to pair with Amaretti di Guarcino or almond puddings with dark sauce. In the evening, in winter, we prepare a hot digestive with espresso, Cuban rum and cinnamon.
