ETHIOPIA – Sidamo Guji Gr.2

An excellent Arabica grown in Guji, Oromia region, Sidamo, on fertile soil of volcanic origin mixed with organic soil from the surrounding Ethiopian forests.Slowly wood roasted to best enhance its sensory profile.

Intense floral and citrus scents of orange and bergamot evolve into notes of fresh fruit and spices giving a lingering aftertaste that tantalizes the palate. Prepared in espresso, it presents an elastic cream with an elegant complexity of aromas and a harmonious, velvety body.
