Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Our goal is to always ensure the best possible experience for Caffè Campetelli customers. This is why we provide a simple and transparent procedure for handling returns and withdrawal requests, in compliance with current regulations.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery of the order, without having to give reasons.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.

Conditions for return

In order to properly exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be:

  • undamaged and unused;
  • Returned in the original packaging;
  • complete with any original seals, labels and packaging;
  • returned in a condition that allows for resale.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For hygienic and food quality protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on products that have been opened, used or are without the original seal.

In particular, the return of:

  • Open packs of coffee;
  • Open or used capsules;
  • Open or used wafers;
  • Altered food products after delivery;
  • Products without the original packaging or security seal.

How to request withdrawal

To initiate a withdrawal request, you must complete the appropriate online form available via the button below.

Once the request is submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email.

Return of products

After the request is approved, the products should be returned according to the instructions provided by customer service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed or damaged/non-conforming products.

Refund

Once the returned products have been received and verified, Caffè Campetelli will issue a refund within the terms provided by current regulations.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Damaged products or wrong orders

In the event that the customer receives a damaged, defective, or non-conforming product from the order placed, the customer is encouraged to promptly contact customer service, attaching, if possible, photographic documentation of the problem encountered.

Each report will be evaluated as quickly as possible to identify the most appropriate solution.
