An excellent Arabica Specialty grown in the highlands of the Nyeri region of Kenya, a washed and hand-processed coffee whose batches are stripped, left to ferment and washed successively for at least 24 hours. Richly scented, citrusy and floral washed arabica beans delight the senses with notes of lime, cedar, ginger and with hints of violet and jasmine.
The“AA” designation indicates the size, shape and density of the bean, which is the greatest quality it gives when tasted in the cup, as a true coffee lover.
