The scent is sometimes reminiscent of Indian incense and spices, which are often grown next to coffee plantations.
The term“plantation” means that the fruits are stripped before the drying stage, which takes place in the countries of origin, and then the kernel dries coated only with the parchment layer. The latter is removed only before shipment to the importing countries.
Mysore is grown between 1,000 mt and 1,300 mt falls under the Cup of Excellence classification wood-roasted to maintain the greatness of this coffee.
