GUATEMALA – washed Maragogype

It comes from Guatemala, in the Huehuetenango region, this traceable Arabica grown at 1,600 meters above sea level. The larger, thinner Maragogype bean is a rare variety, and the best is found in Guatemala, processed
exclusively by hand.

In the cup it has medium acidity, enveloping and aromatic ranging from fruit and
candied citrus to cocoa with a slight vein of almond in the aftertaste.
