ETHIOPIA – Sidamo Guji Gr.2

An excellent Arabica grown in Guji, in the Oromia region of Sidamo, on fertile soil of volcanic origin mixed with organic soil from the surrounding Ethiopian forests.Slowly wood roasted to best enhance its sensory profile. Intense floral and citrus scents of orange and bergamot evolve into notes of fresh fruit and spice giving a lingering aftertaste that tantalizes the palate. Prepared in espresso, it presents a supple crema with an elegant complexity of aromas and a harmonious, velvety body.
