Single-origin from Mexico in the Chiapas region, where it grows at an altitude of 1100 m. Mild body accompanied by mild acidity, with a lovable aftertaste of wafer and malt. These grains are cultivated by the Velasquez family, who bought the first 10 hectares in 1980, and since then the sunshine method and quality production has been expanding year after year.
The in-cup profile is characterized by ripe fruit aromas with veins of milk chocolate and almonds.
