This fine coffee comes from the magnificent region of Antigua, where it enjoys the perfect climate and very nutrient-rich volcanic soil.
Bourbon and Typica cherries are grown in the shade and harvested between January and March, then washed and sun-dried. Cultivation at high altitudes enables the production of a coffee with exceptional vibrancy, full body and hints of tobacco, vanilla and caramelized citrus.
A very elegant and truly fine Arabica for refined palates.
