  • A Brazilian coffee with medium body and velvety sweetness, made from the best coffee cherries of the Bourbon variety. The Junqueira family has been growing coffee for more than 150 years, at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,200 meters. An exceptional Arabica that is part of the Traceability project as a commitment to a quality, traceable and sustainable product-our idea of taste. The sweetness of ripe fruit, almond and walnut and an aftertaste with a hint of spice provide an experience to be savored.  
  • Single-origin from Mexico in the Chiapas region, where it grows at an altitude of 1100 m. Mild body accompanied by mild acidity, with a lovable aftertaste of wafer and malt. These grains are cultivated by the Velasquez family, who bought the first 10 hectares in 1980, and since then the sunshine method and quality production has been expanding year after year. The in-cup profile is characterized by ripe fruit aromas with veins of milk chocolate and almonds.
  • Single-origin from the lands of Peru in the San Martìn region at an elevation of 1900 m. These grains of the Caturra, Typica and Catimor varieties are washed and fermented between 36 and 120 hours and then dried naturally in the sun on African beds protected from direct irradiation. The flavor profile shows low acidity and important body with hints of dark cocoa with hints of malt and caramel. Alto Mayo Cooperative 's production is carried out using organic methods, without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.
