Gold Blend

For those who love the strength of full coffee aroma, the Golden Blend is the right choice, to share with whomever you want.

Taste:
Blend of Arabica and Robusta from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, India and Ethiopia, with decent body and good acidity. The coffee is felt to be quite rich in aromatic complexity and with good liquor-like body.
Pairings:

To be prepared with mocha or French press, this coffee goes well with dark chocolate truffles, chocolate pears, and sponge cake log.

Red Blend

The Red Blend is energetic and robust and encapsulates a set of true, home flavors.

Taste:
The fine origins of Arabica and Robusta come from plantations in Central America, Africa, and Asia. The full-bodied coffee has a creamy amber color, and the palate has chocolate notes and lingering spicy aftertaste.
Pairings:

Ideal for mocha goes well with meringue, chocolate and homemade creme caramel.

Arabica Blend

The Arabica Blend comes from the best crops found in Central America to give the palate an endless taste of sweetness.

Taste:
Soft and delicate, the coffee has hints of fruit, peach, and berries that are blended with a quite persistent caramel and gianduja aftertaste. Exceptional in mocha but also for Chemex and V60.

Pairings:
A coffee that goes well with crunchy dried fruit cannoli and with chocolate mousse, garnished with almonds.

Home Espresso Blend

Vigorously tempered, blend composed of 60% Arabica coffee and 40% Robusta for the remaining 40%. The coffees come from Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil, India, Indonesia and Africa.

Taste:
The espresso is creamy, full-bodied, intense and persistent, tracing memories of refined dark chocolate and candied fruit essences even in the smooth cappuccino. Perfect grind for espresso machines.

Pairings:
Ideal with cocoa cookie dough zuccotto and garnished with strawberries, cake with bitter chocolate and pears. These among the tasty desserts to go with this mixture.
